How does the partner program work?+

Pick one of three models — white-label (ship it as your product, you bill the client, we license you at wholesale), referral (introduce clients and earn commission, zero billing on your side), or co-deliver/managed (we host and customise, you wrap it in services). Can we white-label it as our own brand?+

Yes. The desktop agent's name, wordmark, and About screen carry your company — "Customised by [you]" — and you can present your own landing page and pricing. We stay behind the scenes as the product engine.

Who bills the end customer?+

You do, in the white-label and managed models — you own the pricing and the invoice. We only ever invoice you (wholesale license), or pay you a commission in the referral model. You never have to route us through your client's billing.

What margin or commission can we expect?+

White-label wholesale sits well below your suggested retail so you keep a healthy margin; referral pays a commission per closed deal. We'll agree exact numbers on a short partner call — request the demo and we'll send terms.

Do we have to host or support it?+

Only if you want to. It's one stateless container you can run for a client, or we host it for you in the managed model. Either way we handle product updates and tier-2 support behind you — you stay the face to the client.

What is Hermes?+

Hermes is a free, open-source AI desktop agent — think of it as a private ChatGPT that lives on the user's own computer and can actually use tools, follow skills, remember, and automate work, not just chat. Which Odoo versions and editions are supported?+

Odoo 16, 17, 18, and 19 — Community or Enterprise, cloud-hosted or on-premise. There's nothing to install inside Odoo; it connects through Odoo's standard API, so it fits almost any client you already run.

Is it safe for our clients' ERP?+

Yes — that's the whole design. It's read-only by default; any change is drafted and waits for a person's approval; it never deletes; it can only do what each user's own Odoo permissions allow; and every action is logged. There's no "let the AI run anything" back door — so your reputation is protected.
