How long until we can demo it to a client?+

Most partners have a branded agent to try themselves within a few days of the first call, and are demoing to a client inside two weeks.

Do we need our own servers or infrastructure?+

No — not unless you want to self-host as part of a managed offering. By default we run the backend; you just install the desktop agent and connect it to a client's Odoo.

What does "provisioning" actually involve on our side?+

Almost nothing. You give us your branding (name, logo, contact details) and pick a model; we handle the build. No coding, no configuration files to edit.

Can we run a free pilot before committing?+

Yes — step 3 is exactly that. Try it yourself against a sandbox or a read-safe connection to a real Odoo, at no cost, before you decide on a model or a client.

What happens after we sign our first client?+

You repeat steps 3–4 for every new client — demo, pilot, launch. We keep running the backend behind every one of them, at no extra setup effort from you.
